OVERVIEW
Welcome to BelaLisa Studios.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BelaLisa Studios website, digital entertainment content, services, features, applications, and other experiences that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are operated by BelaLisa Studios, LLC (“BelaLisa Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICES
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
You must be at least 13 years old to create your own BelaLisa Studios account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Services with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian as required by applicable law.
Certain content may be designated for mature audiences and may be subject to additional age restrictions.
2. BELALISA STUDIOS ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT
BelaLisa Studios creates, develops, produces, distributes, and presents original entertainment content, which may include short-form series, episodes, films, videos, stories, scripts, characters, dialogue, artwork, images, graphics, music, sound recordings, promotional materials, trailers, descriptions, titles, logos, and other creative works (“BelaLisa Studios Content”).
Availability of particular series, episodes, features, or other content may change from time to time. We may add, modify, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue content or features as permitted by applicable law.
Content displayed as “Coming Soon,” in development, or otherwise not yet released is not guaranteed, and release dates may change.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and BelaLisa Studios Content are owned by or licensed to BelaLisa Studios and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, and other laws.
This includes, where applicable, our original series and episode concepts; stories, scripts, plots, dialogue, and written materials; characters and fictional worlds; video and audiovisual productions; artwork, posters, thumbnails, graphics, and photography; titles, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and branding; music, sound, and other production elements; and website and application content and design.
Except as expressly permitted by us, accessing the Services does not transfer ownership of any BelaLisa Studios Content or intellectual property to you.
4. LIMITED PERSONAL LICENSE
Subject to these Terms, BelaLisa Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and view content made available to you through the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, modify, create unauthorized derivative works from, or commercially exploit BelaLisa Studios Content.
5. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use the Services to violate applicable law or the rights of BelaLisa Studios or others.
Without our authorization, you may not copy or redistribute episodes or other protected content; record, download, capture, or republish content where downloading has not been expressly enabled; remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or ownership notices; scrape or systematically extract content or data; circumvent access, security, payment, geographic, or technological restrictions; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; impersonate another person; use automated systems to abuse the Services; or use BelaLisa Studios Content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable exceptions and limitations under copyright law.
6. ACCOUNTS
Certain current or future features may require an account.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and promptly update information that changes.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security or integrity of the Services, engage in fraud or abuse, or otherwise create substantial risk to BelaLisa Studios or other users.
7. FREE AND PAID SERVICES
BelaLisa Studios may offer content or features free of charge, including ad-supported content, and may also offer premium content, subscriptions, individual purchases, memberships, virtual credits or coins, or other paid services.
Prices, features, content availability, billing periods, and applicable conditions will be disclosed when a paid service is offered.
You will not be charged for a paid service without being presented with the applicable purchase or subscription terms.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING BILLING
If BelaLisa Studios offers subscription services, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures will be presented before purchase.
Where permitted by law, subscriptions may automatically renew until canceled. You will be informed of recurring billing before completing the transaction.
Cancellation will stop future renewals but ordinarily will not retroactively refund amounts already paid unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
9. PAYMENTS, DIGITAL PURCHASES, AND REFUNDS
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with purchases you initiate.
Premium access, individual digital purchases, virtual credits or coins, and similar digital benefits may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refund eligibility for digital content, subscriptions, or other purchases will be governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
10. USER SUBMISSIONS AND FEEDBACK
The Services may allow reviews, comments, messages, feedback, suggestions, or other user-submitted material.
You retain whatever ownership rights you have in content you submit.
When you submit content for public display or operation of the Services, you grant BelaLisa Studios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Suggestions or feedback voluntarily provided about BelaLisa Studios may be used by us without an obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise prohibited material.
11. PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
BelaLisa Studios may use a variety of creative and production technologies in developing its content, including digital production tools and artificial intelligence-assisted technologies.
The use of such technologies does not grant users any ownership or other rights in BelaLisa Studios Content.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may rely upon or link to third-party platforms and service providers for functions such as hosting, commerce, payments, analytics, video delivery, social media, or other technology.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.
A link to or integration with a third-party service does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of that third party.
13. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the BelaLisa Studios Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as permitted by applicable law.
14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We work to provide a reliable entertainment experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature, episode, series, or other part of the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
Maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, content licensing, security concerns, business decisions, or circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
15. CONTENT AND FEATURE CHANGES
Entertainment services evolve.
We may modify the design, functionality, catalog, features, or availability of the Services. Series may be added or removed, and release schedules may change.
Where applicable law requires advance notice concerning a material change to a paid service, we will provide such notice.
16. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CONCERNS
BelaLisa Studios respects intellectual-property rights.
If you believe content available through our Services infringes intellectual property that you own or are authorized to represent, contact us at info@belalisastudios.com.
Your notice should provide enough information for us to identify the material and evaluate the concern.
We may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate or legally required.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
BelaLisa Studios does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or available on every device or in every location.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BelaLisa Studios and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BelaLisa Studios and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
20. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, fraud, security threats, abuse, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens BelaLisa Studios, our users, or our Services.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable dispute provisions—will survive.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
22. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as the Services, our business, or applicable legal requirements change.
When changes are material, we will provide notice where required by law.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and BelaLisa Studios concerning your use of the Services, except where separate written terms apply.
